Established in 2003, our Jigani Unit is equipped to manufacture high quality kraft paper with GSM between 100 and 180. The unit has an installed capacity of 100 TPD.

Equipped with the latest machinery from world class companies such as Forbes Marshall, Parason, and ABB, this machine offers a high degree of automation to meet the growing demands of the industry.

Operational from 2015 and equipped with state of the art machinery, this double wire machine can manufacture 175 TPD of high quality Kraft Liner, Linerboard and Fluting Media, based on the requirements of the customer.

With a GSM range between 120 and 280 GSM, this machine is well equipped to handle a wider range of requirements. With automation a key parameter in the design of the machine, this unit has been consistently delivering excellence in the field of packaging paper.

Established in 2024, our Vemgal Unit, spread across 100,000 sqft, is equipped to manufacture high quality 4-colour corrugated boxes (CFC) up to 5-ply. The unit has an installed capacity of 4,000 MT/month.

Delivering on our promise of sustainability, we have set up a 2.7 MW captive wind turbine to augment our energy needs with a more sustainable option.

Using state of the art technology, this 2.7 MW Senvion turbine satisfies up to 50% of our power needs with green energy, allowing A N S Paper to reduce its carbon footprint - one step closer to our goal of using 100% renewable energy.

Alongside our wind turbine, A N S Paper operates a 4 MWp solar plant, adding further renewable capacity to power our mills.
